Diagnosis
Vertex strongly hairy; mesoscutum with raised and strong reticulation, notaular depressions smooth and shiny; scutellum smooth and shiny; forewing with speculum very small and with a complete row of setae on ventral surface of costal cell; propodeal callus with 8-10 setae and with three setae on lateral propodeum; male flagellum with a two-segmented clava.
